I am an intuitive reiki practitioner and a full-spectrum birthworker (doula) providing in-person support in the Hudson Valley, NY, and remote support throughout the Milky Way! I am passionate about providing holistic, trauma-informed care during the perinatal time and gentle, intuitive energy work.

I've always felt deeply connected to the healing arts and energy work. I feel particularly connected to guiding people through journeys of transition— moments in our lives, big or small, that require us to leap from one state of being to another.

In 2022 I brought this to fruition by beginning the journey towards massage therapy licensure. It felt like everything clicked, everything made sense. In 2023 I gave birth to my first baby. I was fortunate enough to have an incredible doula by my side to guide me through this unfamiliar terrain. After having the support of my doula and experiencing postpartum as a single mom, I felt inspired to take the leap and begin training as a doula. Although certification is unnecessary to be a doula, I am certifying with Cornerstone Doula Trainings while my massage therapy education is on hold.

In March 2024 I received my attunements and certifications for Traditional Usui Reiki Ryoho level 1 and 2. The power of reiki has quickly weaved its way throughout my life.
